1 cup of Almond Butter
1/3 cup Agave Syrup
4 tbs Almond Milk
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Oat Flour (I used gluten free oats and then grounded them up in a blender)
1sp Baking Powder
2 scoops of JSTJodie Protein Powder (your choice, I used Vanilla to give it a creamer taste)
1/3 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips (I used diary free drops from Holland and Barrett)
Mix all the wet ingredients together. It will look gross but with taste wonderful, just wait.
Mix all the dry ingredients together and the slow stir into the wet mixture. I added two large tablespoons at a time so not to spill any and cover my kitchen in cookie dough.
Add in the chocolate chunks, avoiding eating them.
Once it is all mixed in you should be able to spoon out a small handful of dough and roll it in your plans to make a ball. Place the ball on a greaseproof paper lined baking tray and squish flat (about 1cm thick).
Place in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes and then enjoy once cooled.
